What is Parloo Party?

Parloo Party is a free, browser-based multiplayer party game. You can play without creating an account. We collect as little data as possible.

Data We Collect

Nickname: The display name you enter when joining a game. This is stored only in your browser and in-memory on the server during an active game session. It is not saved permanently.

Game data: Room codes, game choices, and scores exist only while a game is in progress and are deleted when the room closes. We do not have a database — all game state is held in server memory.

Cookies & Advertising

Parloo Party does not currently display ads while AdSense approval is pending. If ads are enabled later, Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this or other websites. You can manage your ad preferences or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

If advertising is enabled, we configure ad settings to exclude gambling, alcohol, dating, and adult content categories where available.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics service, to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Umami does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. All analytics data stays on our servers and is used only to improve Parloo Party.

Third-Party Services

Google AdSense: May provide advertising if ads are enabled. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Parloo Party is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because players do not create accounts and game state is temporary, only minimal session data is processed.

Your Rights (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we don't store personal data beyond your active game session, there is typically nothing to delete. For any questions, contact us at samilesma@gmail.com.
